Footreflex massage

The foot reflex massage is based on the principle of acupressure. Since the sole of the feet mirror the condition of the various body parts and organs, the massaging of the various zones on the sole have a beneficial effect on the functioning of the organs. The massage stimulates blood circulation in the corresponding organs, facilitating lymph massage and thus reinforcing the immune system.
