Individual therapeutic exercise

Remedial gymnastics is a special form of exercise therapy. The exercises performed under the supervision of a remedial gymnast help restore the function of the impaired organ or body part, always taking into consideration the health of the whole body. Its goal is to preserve and restore the range of motion of the joints as well as fortify weakened muscles.
