The Finnish-origin wellness trend, Nordic Walking, means Northern walking. It differs from the traditional walking in the fact that it uses special sticks that makes the upper limbs join in the activity of walking. This training moves the 90% of all our muscles, therefore the workout without an effort of a hard training. Since the body weight is divided between the sticks and the legs, the burden of the joints can be decreased with 30%.
