Stretching

This exercise utilizes simple static stretching forms and exercises involving tension, release and stretch, and the different techniques and implementation of static stretching. Its principle is the protection and restoration of the flexibility of the body and the joints. Stretching can be used as a preventive tool and as a therapy. In the course of prevention, we use it to maintain the physiological movement boundaries by relieving stress in the muscles, whereas in therapy we use it to regain the range of decreased movement of the joints.
